Outreach Support
Culturally Safe, Holistic Case Management
This program offers holistic and culturally safe support & case management to Aboriginal women who are experiencing family violence, or have been affected by family violence in the past. Our support also extends to parents of Aboriginal children, as well as partners and ex-partners of Aboriginal people.
We use a whole-of-family approach and can support with safety planning, holistic case management, practical and emotional support, advocacy & information, housing applications, Centrelink processes & referrals to other services. We also provide support with Intervention Orders & Child Protection matters.
We are a client-led service. Our aim is to help keep our clients and families safe, and assist our clients to achieve their goals.
Our Outreach Programs covers the Northern & Western Metropolitan Local Government Areas, including:
Northern: Banyule, Darebin, Hume, Moreland, Nillumbik, Whittlesea and Yarra.
Western: Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Maribyronong, Melton, Melbourne, Moonee Valley and Wyndham.
