Call for Expression of Interest for Board Members

It’s been another huge year at Elizabeth Morgan House Aboriginal Women’s Services inc. Demand for our services has never been higher as we remain the only high-security refuge for Aboriginal women in the state and continue to provide high quality services for our Aboriginal women and children.

Our new strategic vision is to increase our leadership and advocacy, engage and empower our workforce, provide innovative way to engage and provide education to community and look to build a sustainable organisation.

We need strong and committed Aboriginal women to provide a voice and leadership into the provision of quality service delivery, advancing the human rights of our Aboriginal Women and children through advocacy as a board member of EMH.

Supporting Aboriginal Women is what we do, and we want to support you to develop skills in leadership and governance, no matter your level of experience.

EMH offer the ability to undertake governance training, be mentored and supported by the current board and also provide meaningful opportunities for Aboriginal Women to contribute their experience and knowledge to the direction of our organisation.
